We need the following media files. We prefer JPG, PNG or SVG files, and there are no specific requirements for resolution or aspect ratio, but low resolution will be scaled and end up looking bad. See the examples below for placement and example formats.
But for the logo we really recommend using a square format, and make sure the logo has a transparent background (only supported in PNG and SVG files)

Image in email footer An image attached at the bottom of emails that Bookli sends to your users, e.g. booking confirmations
User home banner An optional banner that appears on the user’s home page when they visit your location. The banner can be used to promote something in the app or an external site. Add a URL link for redirect, and users will be sent to that link if they click your banner.
Each club is responsible for providing its own terms and conditions. You can also choose to obtain consent to send newsletters.

The following must be included in your terms of sale:
The company’s legal name: Customers must enter into an agreement with the company that sells and delivers the goods or services.
Description of the products or services being sold.
Explanation of how payments are made (for example, immediately or via subscriptions).
Delivery information: Customers must understand who is responsible for delivering the product, how long it takes to receive the product, and to which countries/regions the product can be delivered.
Refund and cancellation policy: In addition to an explanation of refund/cancellation policies, the selling company’s responsibility must be clearly described. It must include explanations of how customers can get money back from the selling company, how customers can start a return of the product or service, and the process for returning the product or service.
Dispute resolution: The selling company must take final responsibility for resolving issues for customers. The contact details of the sub-merchant (legal name, email address, phone number) must be visible and clearly described.
